HENDERSON-Estelle Ayscue Jackson Edwards, 94, a resident of 3015 Southerland Mill Road, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. Born in Warren County on May 20, 1924, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas Ayscue and Effie Dickerson Ayscue. Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads Pentecostal Holiness Church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm at Crossroads Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Michael Bryant. Burial will follow in the Jackson Family Cemetery on Southerland Mill Road. She is survived by one daughter, Teresa Jackson Brame and husband, Mark of Henderson; two sons, Curtis Edison Jackson and wife, Betty and Thomas Theodore Jackson and wife, Betty of Henderson; one sister, Marie A. Roberson of Henderson; one brother, Louis Ayscue of Warrenton; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Edison Theodore Jackson and Bennett G. Edwards, Sr.; one son, William Timothy Jackson; two sisters; and five brothers. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday from 1 until 2 pm at Crossroads Pentecostal Holiness Church. At other times they will be at the home. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Jackson, Wayne Faucette, Jason Faucette, LeVern Eatmon, Randy Hayes, Ricky Abbott, Larry Brame, and Glenn Brame.
